Appeals

Where planning permission or listed building consent has been refused you have the right to appeal the decision and GHM Planning Ltd. can carry out this process for you. We can prepare the required statement and submit the appeal on your behalf to the Planning Inspectorate and manage the appeal process for you including a site visit with the Planning Inspector where required. Where planning permission or listed building consent has been refused and an enforcement notice served, we can also process the appeal against the enforcement notice. There is generally no fee to submit an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate.
